About the role:

Activate Learning is looking for Admissions Assistants to join our Oxford team on a casual basis to support with the beginning of the academic year.

In this role you will often be the first point of contact, providing advice on the full range of courses and services offered at the college, sign-posting learners and visitors to the appropriate service. 

You will arrange interviews confirm offers and liaise closely with faculty teams to convert applicants to enrolments - full training will be given.

When required, reception cover will be expected with this role.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will have a positive mindset and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. No experience is required.

Strong personal organisation and communication skills are required for this role, along with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

This is a fast-paced environment, and as a team we will handle a large volume of enquiries, we are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, and have a flexible approach, with a proactive attitude to problem solving and the ability to work to deadlines.
