About the role:

Our Activate Business School team within Activate Apprenticeships now have an exciting opportunity for a Key Client Coordinator to join the team and support in the delivery of projects with a major client.

Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate apprenticeship delivery activities, regularly liaising with delivery team to ensure delegates remain on track for completion.

You will be a key contact for the client and delegates, collecting feedback and maintaining accurate records, whilst ensuing that all administrative tasks are completed with the highest level of attention to detail.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week and based predominately at our client location in Blackbird Leys, with the potential to earn up to £26,989, depending on skills and experience. This role is office based for 3 days per week, but can be home based for the other two with flexibility around which days are which.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will have strong administration and customer service skills, be IT literate, and be excellent communicator. You will be highly organised and detail oriented, along with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in an apprenticeships, education, or quality driven environment, but this is not essential.
