Milton Keynes College are seeking a highly motivated, customer focused individual, to assist a small and dedicated team in our Digital Print room (CopyShop).
You will be providing a high quality, customer orientated Digital Print service (Reprographics) for all College staff. Across the College you will provide a copying service for hand-outs, drawings, examination papers, documents and publicity materials as required by staff in line with Service Level Agreements. Co-ordination with departments to advise on timescales is paramount, so the ability to work to deadlines and schedules is essential.
The role will involve communication with external suppliers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the machines, along with regular stocktakes and negotiating of purchasing supplies.
You will work closely with our IT services team and assist with workload at peak times whilst supporting with the promotion and marketing of the services offered by the CopyShop across the College.
