Salary: £24,772 – £34,211 per annum
Appointments will not usually be made above point L10 (£29,495) and progression beyond point L10 is subject to the attainment of certain qualifications

Hours: 37 hours per week
You will teach on a range of Engineering courses and must be able to teach a number of subjects which may include CAD, CNC, Engineering Machining, Mechanical Principles, Engineering Materials, Electrical Principles, Electronics, PLCs, Pneumatics and Hydraulics. You must have a level 3 qualification in Engineering or equivalent and up-to-date experience in education/training or proven industry experience. You must also have a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g. Diploma in Education/DTLLS/Cert Ed/PGCE) or equivalent or be willing to obtain one within the first 3 years of employment. You must hold a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/9-4) or equivalent or be willing to obtain within 18 months of employment.
