Whether you have industry experience in a construction trade or a qualified teacher, why not consider sharing your skills by becoming a role model to adults learners who want to learn new skills and enhance their employability prospects within the construction industry.

We are currently looking for an generalist tradesperson to join our training team at Wokingham and Bracknell college, to deliver purposeful and practical lessons to our level 1 and 2 students.   

Ideally, you will have a strong background in any/all of the following areas,  

  • Brickwork
  • Construction
  • Carpentry

This a permanent, full time opportunity, starting August 2022. 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will need to hold a technical qualification at level 2 or above in a construction trade and to be willing to work towards a teacher qualification. You will have extensive knowledge of the subject area and can engage and interact with people to ensure they are set up to succeed their end goals.  

Your communication and interpersonal skills will be outstanding and support your ability to impart knowledge and skills to a diverse range of adult learners.
