We are currently recruiting for a part time Quality and Compliance Lead to work with our Projects team on the Lottery Community Fund project.

As the Project Lead, you will work closely with the Project Team Leader, funding officers and sponsors to ensure the highest quality and full compliance is achieved across the designated projects.

You will be responsible for delivery expectational customer services to all internal and external partners, whilst developing new opportunities with potential customers.

This will be a challenging and rewarding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting the rest of the project team to achieve their targets.

This is a part time (18.5 hours), fixed term contract until December 2023.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and administration skills, and ideally have some experience of working in a similar environment in project management. You will be able to maintain diligent working to ensure the project team remain fully compliant on all Customer Service Standards and Quality measures. You will also be able to effectively communicate updates and changes in quality and compliance to the wider project team.
