About the role:

Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Business School team.

The role will predominately work as the first point of contact for all inbound enquires and ensure the delivery plan is updated and maintained to ensure all our clients have an excellent service.

You'll manage the shared inbox and resolve incoming queries, support with out compliance and help us develop efficient practices and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in expanding their skills in project administration and coordination, as well as developing a range of transferrable skills.

You will be exposed to teams and projects across Activate Learning and opportunities to be involved in projects are never in short supply, so in addition to an incredibly varied role, you are continuously developing your skillset and knowledge base.

This is a permanent, full-time position that could be based at any of our campuses in Berkshire, Oxfordshire or Surrey.

What do you need to be a successful Project Coordinator at Activate Learning?

We are looking for highly organised and detail orientated individuals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

You will be part of a driven, creative and supportive team that work hard together to deliver impactful change to the organisation.

About you:

  • Experience in an administration, coordination, or related role
  • Confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships and good negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand a project plan and oversee task list and delivery plans is desirable, but not essential

Experience working in the Further Education sector is desirable, but not essential and this could be a great step into a career in Further Education if you have the other skills and experience we're look for!
