IN SHORT

Milton Keynes College are currently looking for a driven and hands on Recruitment Resourcer to join their People Services team. You will be a people person, with experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to communicate effectively. You will ideally have previous experience of agency or internal recruitment, though this is not essential if you are interested in exploring a career in Recruitment and/or People Services.

As Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for sourcing great talent for our varied roles, in Milton Keynes but also nationwide to support our prison education provision in 19 prisons across England. We recruit for a variety of teaching, support and management positions across our sites and departments so you will be engaging with a wide variety of potential candidates – promoting MKCG as an employer of choice, building positive relationships and generating a talent pipeline for the organisation.

You will be responsible for social media across a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - creating engaging content, targeting potential candidates and building the company profile. Experience or a passion for social media would be beneficial.

Proving an excellent level of service, you’ll work closely with the wider people services team to ensure staffing requirements are met and that candidates enjoy a positive journey with us.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion practices are a priority for the MK College Group especially in terms of the HR Services we provide.  We’re looking for individuals who have experience and/or a real interest in inclusive and positive action

MK College will treat all applicants fairly and with respect, irrespective of their background, disability, or any other individual characteristic. We particularly encourage applications from people with backgrounds which are currently under-represented within Milton Keynes College.  All offers made to successful candidates are subject to satisfactory outcomes to a range of pre-employment checks including a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS).   In addition, security clearance is required for all prison services positions up to Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level.
