Our Activate Business School team within Activate Apprenticeships are now looking for an experienced Data Analyst Trainer/Tutor to deliver programmes in partnership with our employers, upskilling their workforce. In this role, you will work with some large national employers across the South of England. This is a field-based role, with team meetings held at our colleges in Oxford and Reading.

As the Data Analyst Trainer you will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality programmes (through workshop delivery & coaching sessions) in client locations as well as online. Your passion for learning, coaching and developing others will empower our learners to develop their knowledge and skills and reach their potential.

What do you need to be successful?

You will have demonstrable experience as a data professional, with strong data analytic skills developed within industry and the ability to demonstrate expertise and understanding in a range of technical competencies. 

You will be innovative and passionate about delivery and development, and skilled at designing and delivering highly engaging workshops. In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have an open mindset and attitude towards technology and virtual learning tools.

You may not have considered a role like this before, you may have experience of training, coaching, or mentoring in previous roles and this could be an opportunity for you to build on those skills to support the future learning and development of this sector.
