Health Club & Spa Receptionist  - Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, Nantwich, Cheshire

We are looking for a Health Club & Spa Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

Our Health Club & Spa is popular with both Hotel Spa guests and our local fitness focused members. As the Health Club & Spa Receptionist you will enjoy making everyone feel welcome and remembered, whether that’s getting to know which classes they enjoy or recommending Spa facilities and treatments.

This role involves working in a fast paced yet tranquil environment, welcoming and assisting our guests, responding to enquiries, co-ordinating spa bookings and cashing up at the end of each shift. The successful candidate will have high standards of personal presentation, a warm and friendly personality, the ability to remain calm under pressure and an excellent telephone manner.

This role including early shifts from 6am - 2.30pm and late shifts from 2.30pm - 11pm. This is on a rota basis and includes weekends. We have 40 hours per week available but will consider Part Time applicants if they are fully flexible with the hours and days they are open to work.

About you:

• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner
• You’ll be passionate about making our guests feel welcome and at home, and will develop a thorough knowledge of our products, health club membership packages and spa treatments
• You’ll ideally have previous experience in a Health club or similar fast paced environment and role - cashing up experience would also be advantageous as would a fitness qualification
• You’ll be excellent at building a rapport with people
• You’ll take pride in your appearance, as the face of Hand Picked Hotels Health Club & Spas
