This a part time role, working 25 hours per week during term time (0.60 FTE), and fixed term until August 2022 based at our Banbury Campus. Due to the current guidance for educational settings, the successful candidate will initially be working from home, with some flexibility once our teams return onto campus.

Working alongside the faculty teams and the Elective Home Education Manager, you will provide an exceptional customer service to ensure our learners have an excellent experience throughout their journey with us.

You will have previous experience of working in an educational environment to support young people, along with a good understanding of the potential barriers faced by young people and how to overcome these. Good knowledge of the 14+ education environment is desirable.

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.  Experience of effective liaison with schools and other key stakeholders would be desirable.

What are the benefits of this role?

There really is no limit in terms of your personal growth, development and career by joining one of the largest Education Providers in the UK.
